New 1600 Gallon Elliptical Tank and Cradle
A new 1600 gallon tank is the latest addition to Den Hartog Industries' line of Elliptical Tanks. The new tank has a larger capacity than any elliptical or horizontal tank previously available. The elliptical shape of this one-piece tank lowers the center of gravity to enhance transport stability. The bottom must be fully supported with a cradle.The cradle is fabricated from mild steel and is powder coated black in color. The cradle features a bolt-together design and is bundled for shipment. The bottom of the tank features a collection sump for full drain-out and is located in the standard offset position directly under the lid. The ends of the tank feature sparge tube and fitting flats to allow for a variety of installation options. Gallon and liter fluid level indications are located on one end and one side of the tank. The medium desity polyethylene tank is furnished with a 16" vented lid assembly and 2" FPT polypropylene fittings with Santoprene gaskets as standard equipment. The tank is 78" wide by 138" long x 49" tall (less bottom sump and lid) and weighs 400 lbs.
