Blow Molding machines, Den Hartog Industries has expanded its capabilities.
A recent expansion doubled the size of our blow molding facilities
and we continue our belief in innovation, vertical integration,
and customer service. Blow Molding offers the advantage of producing
large volumes of high quality products at a reasonable cost. Den

1-Concept and Design Proposal
Start with your own idea for a product to
be produced in high volume. DHI will review your idea and offer
suggestions to improve the manufacturability of your product. Using
the latest design software, DHI will create part designs and/or
mold designs for your review.

2-Consultation and Computer Simulation
DHI will consult with you throughout the development process and
assess pricing issues, quality, and serviceability. Our engineers use
state-of-the-art
software to produce a computer simulation of your design. This
helps ensure the design is functional and determines the best process
of
molding. |

3-Tooling Capabilities
In-house tooling capabilities ensure that future requirements and
needs, such as revisions or repairs, are met with quick response. In
addition,
DHI has relationships with domestic and overseas tooling vendors
to meet special needs or specifications. |

4-Production
DHI will produce your part design utilizing the latest technology
in production equipment, operated by highly qualified, well-trained
employees who take pride in their work.

5-Manufacturing Services and Quality Assurance
Secondary finishing operations are available to complete your product.
DHI also provides full Quality Assurance services to meet your
specific audit requirements. Our Quality Assurance Department uses
TQM principles
to assure process control. |

6-Warehousing
DHI provides indoor, climate-controlled warehousing to ensure cleanliness
and quality. Our warehouse, shipping, and production staff use
computerized inventory management tools. |

7-Shipping
DHI provides full transportation services utilizing our custom fleet
of 18 trucks or a carrier of your choice. Our Transportation Department
will effectively plan and manage your shipments.
